"The power went out for several hours. No backup power was available. From 10:30pm til about 6am in the morning there was no power and no AC. No relief was offered and no refund was given for any of these issues."

"There was a transformer that went out a few blocks away causing hotel to be without power no air all night nothing was said by the hotel staff no accommodations were made other than that everything was good"
