Promising at first, disaster in the end

I was told there would be a storage locker for my luggage but was grossly misled. The lockers would fit a backpack, maybe a small duffel bag, but NOT a standard suitcase. The lockers themselves required cash so I had to leave my luggage unattended and go running around town looking for an ATM, only to then find out that the part of the lockers where you insert cash was broken. I finally had to call the booking for help to open a locker. Then, I finally tracked down a cleaning lady who said I could keep my luggage in my room even though it wasn’t ready. The room reeked of cigars and smoke smells and it never really went away even after cleaning. Then the TVs weren’t working and I was missing a couple remotes. On my last day, I thought I was being broken into because the cleaning lady tried entering my room before my check out time. Very disappointed, especially with all of the positive reviews I read before booking.
