Although we had a short stay, we enjoyed our stay and overall trip. Per discrepancy, with an specific area in our room, the front desk staff was willing to accommodate with changing our room, but we ended up keeping it. Also, the bell hop staff Malcolm was excellent.

We paid for an executive suite but they’ve closed the lounge (staff were using it to watch tv) and instead gave us vouchers to their restaurant and bar. We like the ambience of a quiet lounge but the bar vouchers were only good at Da Booze - which had a more Bourbon St vibe. Housekeeping also didn’t make up our room and then didn’t knock when they showed up at 4:30pm the next day. This hotel has potential but missed the mark on all the little luxuries we thought we paid for. No robes in the room, no room service and no laundry service. The rooms were clean and quiet though.
