"The parking lot was packed when we checked in. However, we were fortunate enough to get a space because of my handicap placard. In addition, you can hear through the walls when people are talking or running water. That's not pleasant. The grounds are nice, but it's a walk to get to the lobby. There was no connection from our room to the eating area, front desk. I wouldn't give it a low mark, but I may try another hotel for more convenience. Hotel pictures didn't match the ones on Expedia. "I did not go to surrounding area. The staff immediately came to my room to fix the A/C which was successful and i was then provided with a new refrigerator. Unexpected issues happen. It was no ones fault and they immediately responded. You can't ask for anything else! I was completely satisfied with their response "
