"Great stay! I arrived late due to a flight delay, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean, the restaurant food was terrific, and easy parking option. The location is an easy walk to Yale and good restaurants, although feels a little unsafe at night, but that’s most places around New Haven. My only recommendation is to bring your own shampoos and soaps, otherwise 5 stars!"

"I had an amazing stay at the Hyatus. The property was exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived.
The location was perfect—convenient to everything I needed while still being quiet and peaceful, making it easy to relax after a busy week. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!"
