"The room was clean, the black out curtains very effective, bed and pillows were comfy, the location is good. The hotel is a bit worn, the bathroom was fine but not as luxurious as I recall seeing in the hotel images when booking. If you want to avoid steps you should specify that when booking, one wing of the hotel is only accessible by stairs, the other side has a stair lift installed, so easier for handicapped, elderly, people traveling with lots of luggage. For the price I would probably try another spot in the future, would likely have to pay more though. To summarize, the hotel was fine and clean but not razzle dazzle, I need to come here again."

"I’m sure it was very nice a some point not to long ago, but has not been upkept. I stayed 2 nights over a period of a week in 2 room. One was cleaner than the other but still much worse than any hotel I’ve stayed at in recent memory. At least the beds were clean and clearly changed, but there was hair stuck to the bathroom walls, stains on doors, walls and mirror, carpet had clear debris so not routinely swept. One room had bare drywall patches from obvious past leak that were never smoothed/sanded and painted. Weird cheap cleaner odor throughout. Gym was dirty, breakfast room was dirty but the food seemed fine enough. Could be a good hotel if they had better or more hygiene and maintenance personnel. "
