"Water slides were great. However, for three days, I had to call to get our room cleaned and towels replaced. We left in the morning and when we returned 4 or 5 pm, our room was not done. We did not have the “privacy” sign on the door."

"For what looks like a new construction it wasn’t very clean or well maintained, mini fridge was super loud as were housekeepers early in the morning, talking one to another, very disturbing, we got to the hotel at 4 AM and wanted to rest but it wasn’t possible"
