Clean spaces, friendly staff. I heard other guests’ noise as if we were in the same room. Some of the electricity cables in the room were in the open, not hid or connected, only sealed with a tape. The water quality in the shower were bad, I could smell an an unpleasant odour from the water. Unfiltered tank?

The hotel was super clean. The room temperature is good as well. It's a lovely nice hotel with a perfect location but the breakfast could be better, there is no variety in the breakfast. other than that all was really good.

Cozy nice place to stay
Very nice place just in the city centre close to everything. Reception is able to arrange any tour for you or give you any information needed. Lots of choices for breakfast with nice view on the city. After check out there was no problem to leave our bags on the reception and the staff offered us even shower when we came to collect them after red tour. Definitely recommending. No A/C just fan but there was no need of it.

Nice hotel. Recommended.
The hotel is very clean and is in the great location. Very close to the bus station. The owner is nice and helpful. Breakfast is Delicious and the view from breakfast room is incredible.

Amazing Stay (wish I could stay longer)
This was my first stay in Walnut House, and it was amazing. Helpful owner (finding us cheap but excellent tour opeator), spacey and homey lobby (great for instagram), relaxing lobby terrace (lazy rattan chairs canopied by grape plants), great location (non-steep ground, surrounded by eateries, carpet and souvenir shops, bus station (going to other towns in Cappadocia), ATMs, mini markets; and near the mosque), clean room (supplied with generous amount of tea bags), superb breakfast and breakfast area (at rooftop, great for seeing hot air ballons in the morning)

All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Ali, on reception, was exceptional. The location is perfect, right in town, but also quiet. The room was cute, the breakfast plentiful and everything was great value for money

Nice and cozy small hotel. The room with balcony is nice, but on the photo it looked much bigger. The wifi was weak. The stuff was friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel.

An excellent stay,
It was an excellent stay at Walnut house, we stayed in the best room at the hotel and everything was fine besides the wifi in our room which was room 19, however i used the wifi in there reception area which was fine. The receptionist man was very friendly and always assisted us with anything. If im in kappadocia again i will stay in this hotel. Thanks so much Kind regards Ziyaad

Fine for a short stay. The staff were pleasant, the breakfast was reasonable and the beds were comfortable. Wifi worked well and a kettle was provided. The room was clean and the bathroom functional. However, there was a distinct smell from the drains in the bathroom. Closing the door to the bathroom was sufficient to stop the drain smell permeating the main room.

Highly recommended!
Fantastic place to stay in Goreme. The heated floors are amazing and keep the room nice and cosy all night. Great service from everyone including a laundry service. The breakfast on the terrace was great too. Restaurants and tour shops are just down the road. A car park was provided too.

A nice hotel in the middle of Gerome.
We had a lovely time staying there. While some of the finishes need upgrading, the room was clean, the staff very helpful and friendly, and the terrace breakfast excellent.

Great stay, Harki at reception was super helpful and friendly, a great asset to the hotel. Room was great, fantastic location, 2min walk to bus station, and restaurants. Great Rug store next door 'Rose Carpets' for authentic carpets and kilims. If you are a tall person just watch your head going into the bathroom. Everyone is super friendly and lovely in Goreme. Beautiful town.

Nice hotel that is very close from the bus station
We had a nice stay but it was unfortunate that we where not able to join the hot air ballooon tour that we arranged via the hotel because after our scheduled tour, it was cancelled because of the weather .they did not rescheduled it immediately for the following day after informing them that the balloon tour got cancelled . So my suggestion is just book directly to the balloon tour company in kapadokya .in fairness to them ,merdan the owner tried to schedule us the tour but he did not got any reservations because he scheduled it too late in the afternoon . Also his staff should improve his english ,i cannot understand the things he is saying.

We are sorry that you could not fly in the balloon. Unfortunately as you decided to make the reservation at check in and not via email as suggested by our hotel their was no space to arrange a back up for your flight. our staff member started at our hotel with no English and is getting better and better everyday. We will work harder to improve his skills. Thank you
