"The staff was the best and most welcoming I have ever encountered. The rooms are very beautifully renovated and very clean. The atmosphere is very peaceful and this won't be the last time we visit this place! "

"Very nice rooms and friendly staff."

Toll eingerichtete Zimmer.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt."

"The owners are incredibly hospitable and kind. Wonderful dinner and breakfast. Excellent views, quiet tucked away location. Highly recommend!!"

"Business run by polite Family. Quite place, full of bavarian religious symbols and puppets. Thankfully not in the rooms itself."

"Very accommodating three room for family of six. Great stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It is breathtaking. We loved the cave tour, I would highly recommend it. Unfortunately we only spent one night, so didn’t get to explore much. The breakfast was a simple continental breakfast, but that served our family well. Don’t hesitate to book this place, it was a highlight of our trip!"

"Very updated apartments in the beautiful town of Pottenstein. Our room had the best view of castle and parts of the town. Owner and family members were very helpful. Great breakfast. Would highly recommend."

"Considering the location and price of the room I was both surprised and impressed by the quality of the hotel. It appears to be family owned, the staff are very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of parking space in the back. The home is extremely clean and peaceful. I loved staying here and plan to return some day!"
