Great getaway stay! It’s in small town, so dining/store options limited. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location had three jogging routes. Really good breakfast. Unfortunately we did not have time to check out spa services.

The hotel is very clean ' Quiet and beautiful But there is a big problem , you will not find the staff at the reception when you want I have waited several times more than 20 minutes ' The interaction between the employee and customers is not good , After 4 days we discovered that it was not the room that was booked , I moved my personal belongings from room to room/ But it's okay/the hotel is beautiful

I stayed at the Dormero Schlosshotel Reichenschwand and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is set in a beautifully maintained park, and the rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. I felt truly relaxed during my stay. One downside was the reception – the welcome felt a bit routine and lacked warmth. I didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. Overall, a lovely hotel with great potential and a fantastic location

We needed a hotel while driving cross Germany with our small dog. We found Dormero as a pet friendly option and we were very happy with this choice. Due to huge traffic issue on the A9 that evening, we arrived after the reception opening time. We had called the hotel, and they had an envelope with our keys waiting for us at a designated pickup point. Getting to our room was easy. The room had free drinks waiting for us. The Wifi worked great. The areas around the hotel are beautiful, and allow a nice walk with our dog in the morning before hitting the road again.

Be aware of the crazy church bells

Hotel itself was great, staff very nice and service very high The only thing that makes me never come back are the church bell from the church near by. Every hour it rang in the bell, every 15 minutes it rang a single ring, at 07.00 the bells rang like crazy. Not slept all night, so going there for a rest and good sleep, will never happens again.

Äußerst unflexibel und zudem unzuverlässig

Ich bin bei der Buchung in der Woche verrutscht und habe binnen 5 Minuten um Umdatierung des Zeitraumes gebeten. Dies wurde zunächst bestätigt. Beim Aufenthalt wollte man von der Zusage nichts mehr wissen und rechnete uns unabhängig von der anderen, falschen Buchung ab. Wir sind Stammgäste mit mehreren Aufenthalten pro Jahr (gewesen).
