The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret. The location was perfect, right by the Chateau. "The hotel was very clean and the staff was very kind. The location is not far from both the train station and the downtown (almost middle of the slope between the station and the downtown). The breakfast was not gorgeous but sufficiently good for me. Only the problem was no AC. The room was quite hot during my stay."

"This property is under renovation and very early in the morning they were running heavy equipment directly outside our second floor window and renovating the room directly above us using hammers and heavy equipment. I sent an email to the management to suggest that they not rent this room until the renovations were complete in the room above but never got a reply."
