"Still under construction(=new) Elevators are out of order(going up and down to 3rd floor with luggage is a bit off ). You need to slam the door to lock the door to the room. Very close to FRA terminal 2. Newly developing area so nothing much happening but good if you are arriving late and leaving early from the airport. The staff there was friendly and helpful. So once all the work done it’ll be better I think."

"Just perfect for what was needed. Very polite and friendly staff. It's very clean and well kept and the security is very tight, needing a pass number to enter or exit.
