"Great ocean view room but lacks the cleanliness and the shower head in the bathroom is very low."

"My dog found a condom wrapper and used condom in the room! There was debris behind the in room soaking tub. Each morning we woke to a knocking in the bathroom wall. We've stayed here before and it was great but not this time. I told the front desk about the unclean room and the knocking and we were offered cookies. Won’t be staying here again. "

"We very much enjoyed this location for being right on the beach. We planned on staying here at each trip. All the staff was amazing until today. When we check out we clean our room. We took out all the trash. We left a tip for the cleaning crew. 2 hours after checking out we realized we had left a jelly fish suncatcher hanging from the curtain rod. We went back to the property. The suncatcher was no were to be found. But cleaning crew did bag up some plastic toys we had left for other little kids. The lady at the front desk was amazing and very confused on why the suncatcher was not in the bag. We spoke with the manager here is where everything went south. Zero understanding, zero compassion, zero leadership skills. He actually said my cleaning crew have wallets with money. Implying there would be no need for them to take anything. So very sad. Ultimately it was our fault for leaving it but having leadership skills for the manager would have went a long way. So word of advice do not leave anything after checkout. "

"Great view easy underground parking for smaller vehicles friendly staff close to shopping and food stay here every time I travel to the Oregon coast only issue I had was leaky sink in bathroom area but they fixed it right away"

"Stay was great. Long access for the challenged fitness alien. Hot tub was great amenities!"

"I have wheat and egg allergies but there is usually at least oatmeal or yogurt when there is not a hot breakfast. They only serve hot breakfast on weekends @ Ashely Inn. The only option I had then was an orange. When the hot breakfast was offered the next morning I could only have the bacon, they did not.have potatoes. Fortunately I had made a loaf of bread and brought so I certainly didn't starve but I travel a decent amount and this is the first time in a.long time i had really no options."

"The ocean was rite there the room was clean and the shower was great , good pressure and lots of warm water . The beds were surprizingly comfortable and the staff was very helpful."
