"We had no problems. Check in was fine. Parking is interesting - just find a spot wherever you can and it’s nowhere near your room. Bed was comfy. Room was clean. Don’t book here if you can’t manage stairs - there’s no lift. "

"Close to shops , train station to go into the city . Had an amazing view on the 20th floor everything was catered for in our apartment with what a family needs. Spa and indoor pool was a bonus ."

"Great location but the rooms, lobby etc are tired and require deep cleaning. The rooms were of great size and the lone receptionist was absolutely amazing at juggling all the responsibilities of managing the apartments. "

"Be Aware, this hotel is net to a major highway and train line so it is quite noisy. apart from that it is a no frills, clean and no hassle stay. It's rooms over a pub, pub is busy and has pub grub, off street parking. Bonus complimentary drink in the bar and 10% off meals in the pub. Would use again"

Our Studio Apartment was very clean and spacious with good amenities. There is secured access to our floor and parking basement. Reception staff was also very helpful."
