"Azul Beach Resort Negril was a relaxing and beautiful escape. The beachfront is stunning—calm turquoise water, soft sand, and sunsets that really slow you down. The resort itself is easy to navigate and has a comfortable, laid-back feel that makes it simple to unwind. Rooms were clean, airy, and well-suited for a beach vacation. The staff were friendly, though the marketing team can be a bit persistent at times. Once I firmly declined, they respected it and remained pleasant throughout the stay. I also really appreciated the gift shops along the beach—it was convenient to browse without ever leaving the shoreline. Overall, it’s not overly flashy luxury, but a soft, peaceful stay with an incredible beach that makes it worth it."

"We had a positively wonderful stay at the Cliff Hotel. We hated to leave the property as it was so nice. Julian, our butler, was absolutely the best! She was so attentive and helped us arrange transportation, meals, etc. And she went the extra mile to make our stay memorable with special touches. My only suggestion might be to add a more casual type snack bar to grab a sandwich and a coffee, etc. Otherwise, it was perfect!"
