"Very nice, great food, great service, they provide room service twice a day, it has some entertainment but for my taste it needs more entertainment. The Hotel has a very relax and quiet environment."

"This resort was even better than expected! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the resort was kept quite clean, and the food was amazing (lots of restaurants to choose from). There was free shuttle service to and from the airport, and free water activities on the beach - including a catamaran ride to some caves. We experienced an issue where our hot water wasn't working in the room one day, and it was fixed almost immediately. Someone was also sent immediately to help when I accidently locked myself out of our room safe. Overall really loved the cozy atmosphere of this resort - wasn't too big or small and is right on the ocean. The ocean water was super warm and still, and the sand was very nice too."

"I love the uniqueness of it. The staff is wonderful even the security also. I enjoy my breakfast very much in the mornings . The only reason I wouldn’t stay again is I’m from nearby and whenever I visit home I tried to stay away from all inclusive because I would like to have my family visit me with ease and that was a little hard for me but thanks to Monique she is so sweet and all the staff also."

"The staff are everything! They are friendly and wonderful. The hotel is older and little dated but clean. The grounds keeper does a great job. Can’t beat the location. Their food is good wish their buffet had a bigger selection. Definitely would stay again"
