"Room was very comfortable and clean, great for families. Breakfast was adequate though getting clean plates and cutlery was more of a challenge than it should have been. Staff was not terribly customer service-orientated. Note that the property next door is under construction and drilling was incessant throughout the day."

"Our whole experience at Yam Suf was incredible. Staff were attentive and nothing was a problem. We had a slight problem with the People next to us, which was handled incredibly and with discretion by Goldi one of the managers. I cannot speak highly enough about this Hotel and I’m delighted that we stayed here . Will definitely be coming back."

"Tal at the reception was exceptionally courteous and welcoming. He took the time to explain all the hotel’s amenities and provided helpful guidance on local events, sightseeing, and places to visit around Arad. It was truly a pleasure to be welcomed in such a warm and professional manner. His hospitality made a wonderful first impression and greatly enhanced our stay.
