"The reception staff not very friendly/amenable The room according to your description should have had an accessible bathtub. All rooms of this grade only had showers with no handrails. Asked for a room with bathtub wanted over £100 extra per night! The room which was quite spacious had 3 steps on entering the room! No warning signs nor from staff. And had 3 dark steps from the bedroom into the lounge. Being positive the restarant breakfast and the staff there were excellent and attentive. In conclusion - hotel excellent except for no bathtub and the potential dangerous 2 sets of steps inside room and had we known would not have t booked the room."

"Spotless room Staff super friendly The pool staff especially Osher were so helpful Breakfast was excellent The variety of Friday night dinner was really good. The chef came to every table to accept graciously constructive criticism and compliments. A pleasant weekend break."
