Staff were very friendly and great customer service. Breakfast was good although limited choices some days with hot buffet. No evening meal option but microwave in my room was good and places to eat not too far away.

Was not happy with the room description versus the reality. Paid for an executive king that was shown with extra space and a pullout couch but it was really a standard king room with no extra space and no couch for sitting and relaxing. Website room phone did not match the actual. The people were very nice and provided good service but I felt like the accommodation was misrepresented on the website pictures and description.

Great value, lovely staff , very friendly. Free Costa coffee machine in the lounge 😁. Breakfast was good with a good selection of hot & cold food.
Room was large and very clean.
The swimming pool was closed for maintenance but we could use the pool in the sister hotel just a 2 minute walk .
Definitely would stay again.
