"Minha reserva era em apartamento luxo para 2 adultos e uma criança, no check in observamos uma série de “observações” chegamos no apartamento e a cama extra não estava pronta entrei em contato com a recepção e houve necessidade de verificar minha reserva eu informei que foi devidamente efetuada inclusive pago saímos p jantar e no retorno a cama foi feita ( o que é oferecido pelo hotel é um sofá cama velho e nada confortável) no café da manhã nada demais inclusive o capuccino é cobrado a parte (...

"The hotel appears to be made of different buildings. Because of this, it makes the hotel wonderful to explore. The breakfast is also very nice, with a wide variety offered. Two of us were there for nine days. The room we were in was very nice but a little sparse as it didn't have a place to unpack your clothes. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again."
