"The apartment was divided into two spaces on separate floors. The 2nd floor space was a bedroom and bath, it was very moldy smelling with no windows. My daughter slept on the sofa in our space because it was so musty. There was a fan that just blew the musty air around. The apartment is in a great location."

"We were astonished as soon as we walked into this unit. It was on the 12th floor right on the harbour and the view is incredible. You can easily see where it gets is name from. "The standard room I booked was great. It was spacious, clean and quiet. I arrived during Storm Harry, so it was a lovely retreat when I couldn't leave the hotel. The birthday package came with fizz and was bright and colourful (I would change the dessert as it wasn't very nice). I liked the spa facilities despite missing out on the outdoor pools due to the weather (January for you, so this was expected!) and only wish the 'adults only' policy for the indoor pool was upheld. 3 days in, the room next to me flooded and the water seeped into my room, soaking my laptop charger and also rapidly flooding. At first, the response to this at reception wasn't the best, with no apology and lacking action and direction. Thankfully, when I came back down with my things haphazardly packed, Santiago kindly dealt with the room change. I received an upgrade to a large room, my dinner bill at the restaurant was paid for while I waited and he also made sure this new room was redecorated with the birthday details. So thank you 1926 team for rescuing things and making me feel happy to have booked!"
