"From check in to check out, this stay was perfect. The staff, Aitor and Elizabeth in particular, were so welcoming and helpful. I appreciated all the recommendations and help. The property is clean and well maintained. I had the attic room and it was spacious with a skylight that can be covered with a switch. Bathroom was well lit and spacious and water pressure was good. I do wish it had an electric pot in the room. The surrounding area was accessible to all the pintxos your heart desires. "

"Right in the heart of the old town of San Sebastián and walkable to nearly everything you might want to do in the city. Clean and comfortable hotel and fairly quiet at night even though it’s in the heart of the action. The breakfast is amazing: great food and so much of it.
