"The room was clean, comfortable bed. Great pool, shuttle service to and from the airport worked great. It is an older style hotel but convenient and good value for money. Not a lot nearby but there was a restaurant right next door. "

"I recently stay 39 consecutive nights at this location, paying premium rate and booking daily (I received a daily per diem for my hotel). Almost every time I rebooked my room - I prepaid the night before, always as early as I could to avoid the possibility of the hotel being sold out before I could reserve my room again. I was late (paying for the room by 3pm for that night) TWICE in 39 bookings. That is well over $4,000 I spent on my room. The two days I was a couple of hours late in my booking the room, I had the most unpleasant experience of dealing with the General Manager. This woman has NO business working in hospitality, aa she was extemely rude and her threatening me - after I had paid far in advance every single time before without issue - was so off putting and the worst customer service I have ever been subjected to. When any other hotel would have been thanking me for my repeated business and been a lot more accommodating - this woman treated me so horribly and was beyond inappropriate. She acted as if this were an ongoing issue, when it was 2 out of 39 times. The final straw? After I had prepaid the night before - she proceeded to wake me up - to continue to talk down to me about the 2 times I had paid late MORE THAN A WEEK BEFORE. This woman knocked on my door to start an argument over an incident that happened a week ago! Her ego is out of control & the way she talks down to ppl is disgusting. It's the motel 6 lady - get over yourself. "

"The location was great , walking distance to great shopping & dinning. the guest only parking was very nice being we visited at a very busy time! Would stay again!"

"The hotel was clean. Check in took longer than I expected. There was one working at the desk and many waiting to check in before desk staff called for second person to help check in. Hotel offered continental breakfast. "

"One of the elevators was broken and it took 33 minutes to get down from the 6th floor. Couldn’t take the stairs, due to being in a wheelchair. Missed our shuttle to the cruise port. "

"We were there for an overnight stay. They advertised Happy hour cocktails and wings. That was a nice offering in the area. We didn't do that or the breakfast offered. Was so tired when we got there, just wanted to rest. However, they must have deep- cleaned the carpet in the room which was still damp and really needed to have time to dry(We used towels placed on the carpet to get to and from the bathroom. I did let the front desk know the next morning about it. This location is nice, so no need to get upset about and we've stayed here a couple of times. Great location if you're going to Port Everglades. "
