The evening entertainment is poor, the bar is soulless, the receptionists are unfriendly and unhelpful. I arrived back at the room at 22.30 at night to find the bathroom roof collapsed and workmen in the room. The receptionists made me feel I was the onen being unreasonable for questioning what the problem was and if it could be quickly fixed. On a positive note, the rooms are clean and have a nice view. "This hotel is located in a great beachfront spot, just a bit short of the halfway point between Barcelona and Cartagena Spain. Our room had a perfect view of the beautiful beach in this area and the hotels restaurants were good and reasonably priced."

"I give this 5 stars as amenities and location are great but would not stay here again. It was a huge hotel and lots of tours were there, so breakfast was good but also kind of crazy. I think I was the only solo person there. Next time I will look for somewhere a little more intimate. "
