The hot tub usage was at a cost of 10 euros for 1 hour. This was not advertised on the Expedia site. There was t even a complimentary tea or coffee in the room. The safe lock was drilled out and the TV did not work

They advertise a water park when in reality it's just the use of the local municipal pool down the road. The evening entertainment is poor, the bar is soulless, the receptionists are unfriendly and unhelpful.
