"I would have given it 5 stars because of the kind owner, however my last night was ruined by very inconsiderate and loud guests; they were up and chatting boisterously until after midnight! I ended up restless and not ready for my trip the following day. I’m guessing it’s with the nature of the building with no sound proofing installed, so I hope there were signages everywhere to be respectful to other guests given this status."

"Joivy desperately needs a more streamlined process for entry. I'm grateful to other reviewers who warned it's very difficult to access. For future visitors: Joivy sends a form that needs to be filled out (fee paid) before they send a link to access OR *exact* directions. However I experienced an error message in trying to submit this form. "Appartamento veramente bello e in posizione molto comoda, purtroppo la gestione non altrettanto ottimale: prenotato e pagato circa 20 giorni prima dell'arrivo, a 2 giorni dall'arrivo mi viene comunicato che se fossi arrivato dopo le 20 (viaggio di 3 ore in un pomeriggio di lavoro e scuola) avremmo dovuto pagare 20 euro di penale; arrivati in zona alle 19:30 (causa traffico), scopriamo che l'appartamento si trova in una zona ZTL, abbiamo quindi girato e parcheggiato in zona non comodissima (20...
