"Check in with Gabriel was excellent but when transferred to Savoia the woman checking us in was negative and told me that Gabriel did not tell us we had free breakfast which he did and we did after going rounds with her and her calling others to protect her charging for breakfast. Not a good start at a 5 star property."

You can park outside hotel all week but on Saturday night you can not as there is a market on Sunday. Parking is free. But if you park in blue bays you need to pay . You can park in blue bays on Saturday but pay . I parked down the road."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. There was hardly any staff available, and no one was there to assist us properly. We even had to carry all our luggage upstairs ourselves, as there was no staff to help. The room was extremely dirty — especially the floor. It was so unclean that I had to ask for slippers just to be able to walk inside the room. Instead of bringing them to my room, I was told to go down to the reception and collect them myself. This is not the level of service I expect from a hotel of this standard. Very disappointing experience overall."
