I felt I was sleeping on a box spring or something even worse. When I walked in there was hair all over the pillows and the towel they gave me was dirty and brown. "My room was clean and spacious and everything was in good repair. Nice pool, which almost no one used during my stay. The only real drawback as that the breakfast buffet (included) is mediocre. Food was not kept warm. Coffee (which is good in Laos) was Nescafe instant with no milk or cream provided, just sugar. They tend to run out of food. "

"I stayed at this property for three weeks and I liked it. Itโs a good location for what I needed. The breakfast was good and offered fresh noodles daily as well as a complimentary latte, cappuccino, or expresso. They also offer laundry services if needed. Itโs easy enough to catch a Tuk Tuk to anywhere you want or you can walk to some local restaurants and coffee shops. They also have a rooftop pool and patio area on the 8th floor. The only negative I noticed was my hot water didnโt stay hot for very long at all during my daily shower. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. "
