My wife and I stayed for 3 days in March 2026 for her birthday. We felt very welcome and special greeted at the airport by the Wanda Vista transfer car which was amazing. Pocky, Thong and the rest of the team at the restaurant on the second floor were warm and welcoming and made every effort to make our stay as comfortable as pleasant. The concierge Junior and his driver were very accommodating especially with the fuel shortage challenges, they were able to drive us back to the airport and provided guidance and our tours around town. Our memories at Latsavong will stay with us for a long time thanks to the entire staff who have been extremely helpful and pleasant.

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist wherever we were on the property. Their hospitality was one of the highlights of our stay. Security at the hotel was very strict, with metal detectors and X-ray screening for bags at the entrance, similar to airport procedures. Additionally, there were several armed security personnel patrolling the area. While this level of security was unusual, I am unsure whether it was standard practice or temporary, as I believe high-level officials may have been staying at the hotel during our visit. Overall, the security measures did make me feel safe; however, having to go through screening every time we entered the hotel was somewhat inconvenient. Personally, I am comfortable with firearms, but my wife is not, and the visible presence of armed security made her feel uneasy. This is something that may also concern other guests in the future

Super attentive, I told them it was my cousins celebration and they were able to bring a whole cake! Rooms are clean with over the top details and amenities. The skybar was entertaining with incredibly flavourful food as well.

Comparing same price range and hotel class, the rooms are much smaller in size, the lighting in poor (entrance and walkway to bathroom is dark), the entrance is very large and spacious but only 1 sofa for guests to sit / wait, the staff doesn’t greet guests as they walk in, the cleaning staff still comes in to clean your room even with the do not disturb sign on. Overall there are better same class hotel with better customer service, larger rooms and better overall value for your money.
