"Overall experience was great with upscale facilities. The self-serviced laundry facility was a plus. Only comments are difficulties communicating with staff due to language barrier. Also, hotel should consider having more English speaking TV channels available in the rooms."

If &Here was my company, I would promote her to a managerial or executive position. She would excel. The Onsen is clean and lovely, and a highlight of the hotel. Great to have a cafe at the hotel too. The hotel location in Ueno is superb. "

"Clean and compact room for couples"

"The hotel was brand new, with lovely wooden floors and decor. Check in was easy and welcoming and location is close to shops, restaurants and Ueno station. The room is a large open space (we had three people in the flower room). There was also a portable cooking hob if you need to do simple cooking. We thought it was great value for the busy season we were in Tokyo. There wasn’t much to fault, only one minor things which may have made the stay even better- another option for pillow (although this may have been available, and I just didn’t ask)."
