"Great room, fab location and overall really amazing. However, offering a free drink instead of having the roomed serviced isn’t good, essentially this reduced the number of hours and therefore pay the cleaning staff would be receive. "

"From the moment Ricardo greeted us at the front desk to the services he provided for taxis and information along with his colleague Javier, I knew we would feel at home. Breakfast daily with Juliana and Rachel as our hostesses was the icing on the proverbial cake. Variety! Cleanliness! Excellent service! Our last night, we enjoyed a lovely dinner at the Iveagh Bistro with Augustina as our server—also awesome! The bartender was either named Julie or Anna—I wished I recalled her name because she could not have made us feel more welcomed. Highly recommended! "
