"Had a great stay for one night! The place is super clean and feels fresh and modern. Rooms and bathrooms were super clean and fresh. Parking is safe and easy to get in and out of. The breakfast buffet was a huge plus, too. Definitely felt like we got our money's worth"

"The breakfast was ok, ran out of items before we went down to eat. Only hot items were eggs and bacon on the first 2 days then on the third was sausage and eggs. The elevator was falling apart literally, we had to press the floor button a few times for it to work and it shook a little when pressing it. Part of the elevator wasn’t attached the wall part where you press which floor you’re on. The staff was friendly The room was fairly cleaned outdated, the tub was smaller than usual. We didn’t watch the tv, there was a hardened substance on the desk, some wood was missing from the tv stand by the fridge. Beds felt like they were full size instead of queen but comfy. The vent in the bathroom was covered in dust. The ac unit cover was off of the ac a little bit. They’re strict on the pool closing at 9pm. We went to check it out one night of our stay and they informed us it was closing, she opened the door and told the people that were already in the pool but they didn’t get out while well we’re down there. I’ve never stayed at an hotel and the pool closed at 9pm and was so strict on the time. Also the fitness area is ridiculously small and smells really bad. We turned around as soon as the door closed. You get what you pay for. It served its purpose next time we travel to Washington we’ll spend the extra money to get better accommodations."

"This hotel is trifling! The entire hotel is a dump! Staff is useless and inattentive. 0 out of 10 stars. I booked here 3 weeks prior to staying. I paid $169 for a king bed room with a pull-out couch for my son. When I arrived I had to pay a $250 security deposit which was not a problem because it gets returned upon no damages. Within 1 hour, I discovered multiple issues. 1 elevator in service, sticky floors with coffee and juice stains, the only working elevator had trash inside, no housekeeping on duty, the pullout bed had no linens and when requested they said I had to return to the front desk for them. The following morning, continental breakfast ran out 1 hour after start time. I walked into breakfast at 8:10am and eggs were done, someone allowed their child to take a bite out of a bagel and return it to the others, all juices were finished, 1 out of 3 kinds of cereal left, no milk for the cereal, and no attendant was there to assist for clean up. I went to the front service desk where me and another woman complained and we were told “they are short staffed”. Never again! Extremely disappointed. I have several pictures and decided to post the ones without people’s faces."

"They gave our room away upon arrival and put us in a room with only one bed when we needed two beds, the room they put us in, had no working toilet and told us that they did not have an on-site maintenance staff to come and fix it or an available room to move us to, and the air-conditioning in our room was broken. The only thing good about this day was the front desk woman was sweet as can be! "

"The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. During our first night, we experienced some noise from the room upstairs, but the staff responded promptly and worked hard to resolve the issue, which we truly appreciated. The location is very convenient, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again."
