I had a great stay at Namah Nainital. They made our first anniversary very special by giving complementary treats. Staff was very good, they have pick and drop services to Mall road. The location of hotel is also prime, giving beautiful view of Nainital.

I was disappointed with the room.It definitely needed a refurbishing since it looked old and tired. The bathroom was particularly disappointing with a great deal of work to bring it to the star rating. The spa too could do with a facelift. The one place that I felt was 5 star was in the dinning room with the chef and the catering manager taking the accolade,overall a lovely place to stay at.

It is a decent property with good staff, delicious food. Some buildings of the property are under renovation so some nearby noise keeps troubling you. Location is good with complimentary shuttle service

If you want to cover Nainital by staying in Bhimtal then it is the best option. Hotel has ample parking space and it is located on the main road. Other aspects like food, cleanliness, rooms etc are also equally good.

Very good property with breathtaking views and a truly relaxing atmosphere. A special thanks to Vishali at the reception, who was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Her excellent hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an amazing view, outstanding service, and a peaceful, relaxing getaway. It was really a nice experience specially with family. Kids enjoyed a lot the option of lots of playing activities within the premises. Large space to move within the premises. Good food. Supportive staff. Only issue is approach road to the hotel.

We only stayed 3 nights and could happily have stayed longer. Sadly when we arrived my son had picked up a bug prior to arriving. Twice the staff asked if we needed a doctor (we had brought own meds) and when I went out they popped in to check my son was ok and made him tea. The room we had was spacious, well-furnished and comfortable. We had a small balcony with an attractive outlook over the pine forest and a Himalaya view. Just the place to sit quietly with a cup of tea and relax. The room...

Casa De Bello Cafe & Resorts is a wonderful place to stay. The location is peaceful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the views are beautiful. The food was genuinely delicious, and the staff made the experience even better with their warm and attentive service. It feels like a perfect mix of comfort and homely hospitality.
