This hotel is a dump like no other. Having booked a superior room I was given a basic room in the basement with no window. Upon complaining, I was sent to a second room which was also basic and windowless. Finally, I got a "superior" room as in the published pictures but it was half-buried (see picture). ...

Kristie Resort
Staff extremely courteous, excellent breakfast, strong ac, spacious, and very clean. Not giving 5 stars because we didn’t have smart tv and bed could have been a little more comfortable. Also no hotel laundry service, iron or ironing board.
