booked a suit but when we arrived we was told there wasn't any available,but the nice lady at the desk gave us a reg double queen room which worked out fine.The room looked new and clean.We could smell cigarette smoke from someone next door.The breakfast was good.I think the tub needs a safety grab bar. overall a good place to stay.

The staff was excellent, and the breakfast was so good, and they restocked through the whole breakfast time instead of letting it run out at the end. Would definitely recommend.

The property was under renovation but still served our purposes well. There was a miscommunication about the number of people we needed beds for, but they were very accommodating and brought us a roll away bed. Our room was very clean. The breakfast was good.

Everything was good except my husband got shot in the eye with water from the handheld shower which needed tightening - loose bearing fitting. Front desk was informed before we left.

The property was under construction so it wasn't in the best shape when we visited, but we had no real issues with anything. The staff though, was FANTASTIC! We got cookies and bottles of waters when we checked in and we had to leave very early in the morning, before breakfast opened for the day, and the staff made sure we were able to fill our to-go bags before we left (Ashley was fantastic!)! The only complaints I have are regarding the cleanliness. The carpets in our room were so dirty that they discolored our socks, and the floors in the elevators were pretty bad too (but that was more due to the construction). Overall, a great place to stay!

Shame on you Expedia for not informing us that this location was being significantly renovated. Lobby was a mess, employees stressed. The rooms provide little distance from noise; we heard a quiet conversation in the hallway word for word while in bed, as if they were in the room. The little fridge made an awful racket until my husband shifted it. Breakfast was okay, kept us from traveling on an empty stomach but it was just bleh, bordering on yuck. If we had stayed a second night we would have eaten elsewhere. We did NOT get our money’s worth. Can you say “Travelocity”?

Staff was great and the beds were great. I didn't like the pillows and the free breakfast was good but no eggs. They were also doing some remodeling but that wasn't a problem.

The room was excellent. Robin at the front desk was amazing!! We were there while you’re renovating of course so there’s always mess but that didn’t concern us. The only other thing is that there were people parked in handicap spots that looked like they were highway workers or something and they were people sleeping out in their trucks and we were actually a handicap car and couldn’t find a place to park. Other than that excellent

This hotel was a real disappointment. I stay at holiday inn express regularly and this was the worse than any other. It is run down. I would never consider staying here again.

Some of this property is being renovated. This hotel is pricey. We travel with pets and the price of this hotel was a lot higher than others we have stayed and the condition of the rooms isn’t any cleaner then the cheaper ones. Disappointing, since Holiday Inns used to be the best.

Very friendly staff and good location. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. There were two minor issues: 1) we stayed for 3 nights and the front desk staff keyed the room cards for only 24 hours, and we had to get rekeyed 3 times. This was figured out only on the final rekey, and 2) there is a design flaw in the shower in the room, as this was a disabled persons shower (which was fine) and there was no "lip" for the water to stay in the shower. Therefore there was water all over the bathroom floor. While this was not a problem and it's typical for hotels at this price level, the free breakfast was very ordinary. I'm not a huge breakfast person, so this wasn't a big deal for me. However, these were not significant issues and I would stay here again.

This property was very dated for a Holiday Inn Express, needs appearance upgrades. The elevator carpet was extremely dirty and needs replaced. The TV reception was intermittent throughout the evening. The breakfast options were very good and appreciated the schedule as you entered the dining area. The beds were also very comfortable and room appeared clean. Overall decor needs an update.

This place is AWFUL! Yhe lamps were totally rusted, probably from the amount of moisture in the room, which also had everything damp in the room - including the headboard. There was mold behind the wallpaper that was coming off in the bathroom.

Every year we travel to for a family vacation. Every year we stop on the way down and on the way back and stay at a Holiday Inn express off of the interstate. This year, we stopped at this Holiday Inn express for the first time, we usually stay closer to Nashville. The bathroom was grimy even the sink was dirty. I go to take a shower, and there’s dirt in all corners of the bathroom. The tub is not very clean, not to mention the carpet in the main living and sleeping area smelled like puke. Because we were only staying for a night, trying to get in and rest before finishing our journey home, And it was late at night, we took our showers quickly, kept our socks on while walking around, trying to go to sleep. The outdoor lights in the parking lot or brighter than the sun beaming into the room, we cannot get the drapes to close properly, and the air conditioning was Never called enough.
