Our smoke alarm went off 3 times. Not chirping like a battery was low, but a short blast each time. We were never called or notified in any way, nor were we offered a different room. Everything else was good.

Lady at front desk gave me an upgrade to a suite before I said a word. I had been at a hotel the previous night in Columbia, 1 mile from where the tornado hit. Power went out there, so my brothers needed to stay at your hotel with me. But I had not told her this yet. She had a psychic feeling, I guess. How nice.

I really like the staff. My bathroom shower tub had sold. A lot of it. Also the area around the elevator was dirty.

Towels were dirty when I arrived, air conditioner never regulated and or achieved the right temperature. Worst of all, when showering the drain was clogged, causing water to run out of shower into bathroom and into room. The towels only soaked up half the water and the office said no one was available to help until the morning. I had no towels, and floor full of water until I left the next morning.

Nice property and close to the airport, which is why we booked this hotel. However, the website says “free parking and free airport shuttle”! That is very misleading, and they will tow your car if you take the shuttle for a flight, even if you stay there (which we did)!! The only option is a parking lot next door that is $36 a day😳 We will not be staying her again, will stay at the Hilton that actually has airport parking and free shuttle!!!

I made a reservation on May 4. Right after I got done I realize that we had double booked so I called right away to cancel the reservation given my name and number. The hotel lady said OK thank you it will be taken care of. I just realized that they went ahead and the money even though I called to cancel within a 10 minute timeframe.. Now I’m giving a runaround. I have to call this person or that person. No one wants to even money back. I’m very mad right now that I’m thinking of suing So I can get my money back.

Location is close to the Airport but very noisy, room was dingy and not very clean. Everything felt sticky. Big temporary spotlight shining straight into room window. Overall it was a quick stay and served its purpose. Would not stay there again.

This was a reservation for my son who was traveling abroad for school this summer. As soon as you walk in the door, it is so clean, you can smell it! Front desk lady was very accommodating to my son in allowing him an early check in due to us having to leave early to come back home out of state. It definitely helped my Momma's heart. He also stated that the room was very nice!
