The hotel was good. The staff wasn’t the nicest. We asked for sheets for the hideaway bed and they said they’d deliver. 30 min later I called again and asked them to get them ready so I can just pick up since no one brought them, he said ok. I got to the desk and there was 2 staff just sitting there talking when they could’ve brought them as requested. Sheets still not together.

The room was clean and comfortable. I felt safe during my stay. Breakfast was good. My only complaint was my check in which literally took over 30 minutes despite I prepaid the stay with Expedia. Four in the afternoon and only one person at the desk. Though the room was paid through Expedia, they still made me provide my card and pay a $50 refundable deposit. I asked why and I got some story about people using fake cards to pay. But the room was already paid for so I think it was about getting a card on record for damages. I was not happy with this process. I travel for a living and this doesn't happen in higher end hotels. The time it took for check in made me late for my appointment. People need to understand that the check in process sets the tone for the stay.

This property mostly clean. It smelled great.There is no elevator (only 4 floors)The room was nice nothing too over the top. Plenty of towels available in the rooma plus. Bed was nice size and a little firm.It looks like there were renovations made but the finishing touches haven't beencompleted, like hide the wiring in the hallways, paint the stairwells, either clean or replace carpet in the hallway and some basic wipe down would real make the place shine. Breakfast was nothing fancy but greatly appreciate. The orange juice was not juice. The biscuits and coffee were good and the small donuts. This was a decent property. Both the staff were very nice and helpful.
