Location, views esp lakeside, modern interiors, Break fast and meal quality are great. Food and room service staff is cool and they went above and beyond. Check in experience is horrible. If you are a frequent traveler be prepared to be frustrated with check in delays and lack of wifi that you expect just to work in other properties like Marriott and Hyatt.

Pathetic Service and horrible standard.
We checked in last friday and the staff at reception was very rude. On top of it the service at restaurant was horrible. It took them 2 hrs to serve our orders and that too in parts. We got mosquitoes in butter milk and also in drinking water. The service was horrible for room cleaning and extra mattress. It took them 1 hr to just deliver us blankets and mattress in the room. It was not just for our room but for all the other 9 rooms of my friends that we had booked. On top of it during our checkout, i saw 3 other females also having an issue wherein at 5am in the morning, some of the hotel staff entered their room through the balcony window. This happened after these people had complained that their balcony door wasnt working well. The hotel manager is busy counting money and not focussing on service. Very poor.

The ambience of the property was amazing and the food was great.. The only thing property should start is serving non-veg.

The hotel is really beautiful. It’s in a great location and very relaxing. A few things I didn’t like were: they only serve vegetarian food (though the food was really good), they don’t allow alcohol, there is no WiFi and a few things in the room didn’t work and I had to have someone come fix them. But overall, it was an enjoyable stay and we slept great.
