The hotel is beautiful & in a prefect location. Extremely clean, well looked after & the staff were very welcoming. We would highly recommend.

Beautiful spacious and elegant bedroom - super comfortable bed with great quality sheets. Lisa was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfasts although not exactly to our taste were plentiful and there was always the more simple option of fruit juice and yogurt with granola. Good coffee and we appreciated being able to help ourselves when we came back in after a day out. Parking was also very much appreciated and the location was perfect to walk down to Thames St and the waterfront

A really lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean, very helpful and friendly staff, great housekeeping & a fantastic breakfast selection. Highly recommend!

Great location!

It’s no wonder that so many reviews for The Outlook Inn mention the host, Serena. She was so helpful and welcomed us with a huge smile. The Outlook Inn was the perfect location for our stay, on beautiful Spring Street, a short walk to Thames Street’s restaurants and shops but on a quiet street for a comfortable nights sleep. Our room was on the top floor and was very spacious, beautifully decorated and had the most amazing shower room. The toiletries were generous and smelt lovely. The...

We had such a wonderful stay here. We were given the Cliff Suite which is in a cottage across from the main house. I would happily live in there, the decor was beautiful and the jet tub was big enough for 3! We arrived late after our flighty was delayed and the keys left out for us. The breakfast was delicious and different each day. It was lovely to have a coffee by the fire. We will definitely be back if we return to the area.

Had the most wonderful stay here, amazing staff and catered for our gluten free requirement with a delicious, huge breakfast. Extremely comfy bed with beautiful decor, and effective air conditioning. Walking distance to the best, most vibrant area of Newport. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We would recommend emailing with any special requests separately as they did not seem to be receiving messages we sent through Expedia.

Lovely inn by the water. The service and reception is outstanding. We had a suite with mezzanine overlooking the water and having been in many hotels over the years, I would say it was a 4 stars! The are having building work on the outside at the moment and changing windows, but I predict this little gem will become a 4 star-rated hotel in no time. Yes, the bar close by can be noisy but it stopped early for us, and it was just people talking playing ping-pong rather than music. The free...

Such a nice change, location was great 8 minutes stroll to water front and shops and restaurants. Breakfast was just right, all the staff were great lovely renovated building, Parking one block away reserved for your room was good.

Great resort, lovely views of the harbour and bridge. Very spacious, comfortable beds and plenty of free parking. Lovely staff would stay again. Only possible negative was no standard oven and the usual lack of a kettle which coming from the UK we are used to but we were able to heat water in the microwave so did not miss out on our cuppa!

Amazing place. 100% recommend. Excellent friendly staff and beautiful tranquil surroundings. We loved our stay. Room was spacious and beautiful. If we're in the area we'll book again.
