We stayed here unexpectedly when we needed to wait an extra day to fly home. The hotel is a bit dated, but it had everything we needed. We appreciated the Family Mart in the lobby and the all the included shuttle options.

Narita Gateway Hotel
No restaurants open, little store open but sold only candy and a few necessities. Shuttle services to /from airport and into JR station/ mall very good. Room was very tired with a garage sale coffee table, hot water in sink ran very slow, carpet needs attention, fraying at seams, and mostly needs ...
