My friend was bleeding from a cut on a sharp, broken pool tile — it took the hotel 40+ minutes to produce a cotton swab. If this had been a child or an elderly guest, the consequences could have been catastrophic. Separately: the Expedia listing advertised "Free Breakfast" with no opt-out — on arrival the hotel flatly refused and...
