Breakfast consisted of a table with some cereal on it and no where to sit. The room was ok but location was no time brilliant. I believe we were in an annexe of the hotel and that the main hotel may be nicer. Be sure to check when booking!

AWFUL AREA AND COUNDNT GET IN
In a bad area of Naples. Taxi driver told us it was air bnb... he drove us there- we couldn't get in. There was no way to enter this place. It's not a hotel. It's more like an apartment or hostel. We tried calling, ringing the bell and knocking. No one answered. And hotels.com will not refund me the rate. The taxi driver had to drive me to another hotel.

Check in process is not clear on the website
There was no indication on the website of the check in process. The hotel has rooms in multiple buildings, and the main building where the office is was very hard to find. We showed up at the hotel address as indicated on the website, but had to lug our bags for several blocks searching for the alternative location which had no posted address online. Waste of two hours. Otherwise the room was great and the Decour is very modern and fresh stuff. Be aware, your bathroom might not be connected to your room. Also, There was only cereal and sugary donuts and sweets for breakfast. But the Staff is extremely friendly!

Great hotel and a great size. Perfect location to walk to the station but also close to the port and old streets. The staff are really friendly and helpful.
