This motel is a little out of the main area of Napier, but with a car easy to get around. Also located not far from access to main highway to Wellington. Room was well set up with small kitchenette. Very clean and comfortable unit. Very quiet room. Management were very pleasant and helpful

Check in at adjoining hotel, free easy parking. Obstructed view of beach as across road and large plant out front. Slight issue with loose loo seat but was sorted quickly. So no problems.
