Value for money. Only negative point was that food took a very long time to arrive after ordering.

One of the most beautiful places on the planet. Get a suite if you can

Very helpful staff, great amenities, some of the food could have been a bit better: meat (lamb and beef) was tough. Fresh cooking station was excellent.

Amazing view of Mount Kenya and driving through the park full of zebra and impala. Fantastic food , hot water bottles brought to the bed each evening. Lovely helpful staff.

Very clean and pleasant, and certainly good value. The staff were fantastic - helpful and friendly, which created a nice atmosphere.

Really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Eriz. Clean throughout and very friendly and helpful staff. A special thank you to Charity - super helpful and super polite. The hotel arranged a tour to Meru National Park with Mark Marutek of Marutek Adventures. The tour was fabulous. The only two issues I had was poor internet cover on the 7th floor. Also the breakfast was quite underwhelming. However, I would definitely stay at the hotel again because of the other positives.

The staff were really helpful, the food was excellent and the room very comfortable.

Second time back there,Hotel is by far best in the area. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food is great. Staff is friendly. Only downside there were construction during our stay so it did got a bit loud at times.

The staff were professional and courteous. Good rooms

20 years on the place was a good as it was then. Excellent staff, food and facilities. And of cause the spectacular views of the water hole and animals.

Fab hotel in a beautiful setting very relaxing atmosphere although we stayed midweek staff did say it gets busier at weekends. All staff friendly and helpful especially Nelson and Benjamin who couldnt do enough for us and always with a massive smile. Highly recommend

ROOM was spotless, staff very friendly and courteous. Food was quirky (to a non-native and sub-Saharan Africa first-timer) but no-nonsense interesting if not amazing. TV was hard to navigate, though, and the WIFI was intermittent and weak.

I had a great stay at the hotel - it was quiet in the rooms down by the river. The garden is a wonderful place for breakfast in the morning and the staff were very helpful.
