Mixed bag
Booked twin rooms, was given double bed. Managed to find twin rooms in the end, thn had to chase for proper bedding (missing sheet & pillow case) and towels (only 1 hand towel). All sorted in the end, concierge was very good, but shouldn't have to experience basic things like those above. Hotel itself fine, feels like student accommodation. Location ok, 15 minute walk into main part of town.

The Hotel was close to the city and shopping center. But it was really complicated to park, and the evening staff was not really friendly and helpful. No clear instructions for the laundry room, so we didn’t find it.

We went for 4 days to look around Nantes. The Hotel offered free storage for bikes. The staff was correct and helpful. If I planned to travel to Nantes I would be happy to stay here again. Thanks

Great value modern hotel. Quiet. Location is close to the river with good walks along the river bank. Good location to walk into the old town and castle and also to the Isle des machines, about 15 mins to each.

Lovely place to saty
We loved it here - big clean room, massive bed, kettle fridge sink, desk, ensuite, really friedly staff, we didnt have breakfast as didnt want time limits but the cafe next door has lovely food. Location wise its a good half hr walk to the centre but the bus is very close and only three stops to the cathedral area.

Excellent, modern hotel in a quiet area. 15-20 min walk into City Centre, which we didn’t mind as it was along the river! Would stay again.

Bleak and in the middle of nowhere
Garage parking too far away. No tea or coffee in the room. No bar, cafe or restaurant to eat dinner nearby. Local cafe closes at 7.30pm and only had dry baguette sandwich left. Dirty sheets not discovered until morning. Bathroom appallingly designed. Room too small. Staff not very helpful. No tourist information in hotel.

Hotel As It Should Be
Quality hotel and well priced. Good sizeable rooms with kitchenette. Great international TV channels and helpful bi- lingual staff. Easy walk to station and town centre.

Good location, easy walk to town & area sites. Close to local grocery store. Hotel clean, efficient. Our room had a kitchenette, that had adequate supplies for two people. My first time using this Hotel, would definitely use them again when we travel.

A nice place away from the town bustle
This hotel is rather new, located on Ile de Nantes a 15 minute walk from the train station and a 20 minute walk to the Chateau. It is in a good neighborhood, near universities and the convention centre. The rooms are not very large, on par with French size standards, but reasonably comfortable and very clean. There is a miniature kitchenette, but it is doubtful anyone would cook more than a cup of coffee there. The wifi was decent. The staff was professional and friendly. We would stay there again.

Je conseille grandement ce lieu. Un accueil parfait.Un endroit à proximité du centre ville (on peut y aller à pied en peu de temps). Il y a même un espace détente et une salle de musculation accessible gratuitement. J'y retournerai volontiers !!

Hôtel sympa mais loin des restaurants.
L'hôtel est en bon état, les chambres propres et de bonne taille. Le petit déjeuner était sympa. L'hôtel est assez excentré des bars et restaurants. Par contre point noir pour moi c'est le manque de professionnalisme de l'équipe à l'accueil. Ça parle de leur manager, d'incohérences dans des plannings... pendant le temps où j'attends mon enregistrement. Certainement dû à la jeunesse de l'équipe mais un conseil : une règle de base dans tous les domaines : devant un client on ne parle pas de l'arrière boutique.

Bonne solution pour un court séjour à Nantes
Bonne situation géographique par rapport à la Cité des Congrès.Trop de chauffage surtout dans le couloir d'accès aux chambres. Bonne literie. Trop de coussins et pas assez de serviettes. Ménage seulement une fois par semaine.
