There is only one staff does the cleaning every day, which delay the finish time, that makes guest unable to be back in the room for a rest until more than 2pm, which is very rediculors. Other than that, everything was fine."

"The check in staff in the morning weren't welcoming or approachable, but the check out staff, security, and housecleaning were pleasant. The room was tight, artificial window, poor sound isolation. I could hear multiple conversations from different directions from room 2020. The free washer, dryer, and detergent were greatly appreciated. I could smell cigarettes being smoked in the morning and in the evening. Not a place worth going out of the way to come back to. More of a drive by option."
