"Great place for a family vacation !!!!!!!"

"We were excited for the pool and hot tub, but they were always filled with lots of kids. We made reservations at the fine dining restaurant to celebrate my husband's promotion and the food was horrible we sent it back and went somewhere else. But the hotel was nice to stay, I would never recommend that restaurant though ever!"

"This spa is unique, picturesque with plentiful staff that are friendly and helpful. The different types of accommodation were thoughtfully and tastefully arranged on the property. The quality of the food was first class (if pricey). The kitchenette and gas fire made the room much more comfortable. Some of the equipment in the gym could be better maintained; and it would be a bonus if the pool beside the gym had thermal water. Having bars of soap for handwashing in the room would have been...

"Staff are very nice room was decent looking there were marks on the walls and odd dings but thats what youd expect for a family room. The only thing we didnt like with staying with toddlers there was a bunch of extension cords running across the floor and by the kids bunk bed. "
