"This spa is unique, picturesque with plentiful staff that are friendly and helpful. The different types of accommodation were thoughtfully and tastefully arranged on the property. The quality of the food was first class (if pricey). The kitchenette and gas fire made the room much more comfortable. Some of the equipment in the gym could be better maintained; and it would be a bonus if the pool beside the gym had thermal water. Having bars of soap for handwashing in the room would have been...

"Very handy to the activities we were involved in. The floor hadn't been vacuumed or swept very well. We were there for two nights and were quite happy with our accommodations. Missed the decaf coffee in the check in area provided by most of the hotels we stay in."
