"For starters, the staff here are excellent. And the hotel is kept quite clean. There are other inconsistencies, however. If you need wifi in your room, it is hit and miss for no apparent reason. For emergencies, there is always wifi in the reception area. I was there for 3 nights. I had hot water for two mornings but not the third. You have to run the shower for some time. The menu for the restaurant is limited and much of what is on the menu is not available. Having said that, I did not...

"Das Zimmer war sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und entsprach vor allem in Farben (Wände) nicht den dargestellten Fotos. Etwaige Dekorationen fehlten komplett. Die Balkontür ließ sich nicht sicher verschließen, zum Fernseher fehlte die Fernbedienung und im Bad gab es kein Licht. Diese Qualität ist den Preis von 60 € pro Nacht nicht wert. Die Benutzung des Pools war zudem extra kostenpflichtig und im Treppenhaus wurde am Fahrstuhl gebaut, was sich als sehr Lärm-intensiv herausstellte. Das Frühstück...

"The location is outside of kampala and only a supernarket accross the dtreet mo other fscility sround the srea. They have nice room and gave a new gym build in their backyard. But you sre 40 minutes or more to sny other facilities."

"The stay at Excelsis was excellent. The staff were so accommodating and eager to make the stay comfortable. The food was good, I recommend their chicken fried rice. Breakfast was well prepared as I ordered off the menu, the Spanish omelette was magnificent. All in all a great first stay. Keep up the great work. "
