During a stay in Dhaka, Bangladesh, I booked one room out of Hotels.com in a hotel from February 2 to 6, 2024.
Hotels.com sent me an email confirming my booking and payment. But when I got to the hotel reception, there was no sign of my booking, and the hotel manager told me...
"Amazing service and the location is great. So many shoes and restaurants around this hotel. The street where the hotel is located is quiet. The staff was amazing helpful and the service was one of the best I experience. Will for sure come back."

"This was a nice hotel. The stay was comfortable and the staff were accommodating. We had a mechanical issue and they fixed it immediately as well. The only downside was some of the staff were inconsistent in behavior, but I believe that is just the difference between the new and experienced staff here. "
